Delivery

On the checkout page, we offer different shipping options based on your location and the items you choose to purchase. To achieve free shipping, the purchase amount at checkout is calculated after any discounts or bonus checks. We usually process your order within one working day on weekdays and you will receive a delivery confirmation once your items have been packed. As a customer, you are responsible for entering correct personal data when you place your order. It is also important to enter your door code/door phone and make sure your name is visible on the letterbox, door or stairwell to facilitate delivery if you have chosen delivery to the letterbox or home delivery. Please note that we cannot change the delivery address after the purchase has been completed. We also reserve the right to change shipping options if the chosen option is deemed unsuitable (eg due to system error or product packaging size).


Delivery outside the door/lot/mailbox

If you have chosen a shipping option where the package is left outside the door, in the lot or in the mailbox, you are responsible for the package from the moment the carrier leaves it. In case of unsuccessful delivery attempts, incorrect or missing recipient/address or if it is not possible to deliver to your plot/mailbox/door, the carrier can leave the package at an agent. If the package is delayed or damaged in transit, we will contact you or the selected carrier with information. Please contact our customer service for assistance if needed.

If you do not collect or receive your package: If you do not collect your package on time from the agent or box, refuse to receive it, or if the carrier is unable to reach you for home delivery, the package will be returned to us. You will then be refunded for all goods except those not covered by the right of withdrawal (see the section on Right of Cancellation) and charged a return fee of SEK 59.
