1. Wash hands thoroughly before and after use.

2. Grab the ear loops and fasten them around the ears, with the nose clip facing up and the ear loop attachment facing away from the face.

3. Place the nose clip over the bridge of the nose and press to secure the mask.

4. Hold the nose clip gently and pull the lower part of the mask down to expand the mask.

5. Gently press the nose clip around the nose to ensure a tight fit.

6. Fold out until the chin is covered without there being a gap between the mask's cheeks and chin.

7. Remove the mouth guard by touching only the ear loops and not the guard. Dispose of in a bin with a lid.
