Warts are small growths on the skin caused by a viral infection, most often by HPV (human papillomavirus). They can appear on different parts of the body, including the hands, feet and face. Warts are usually harmless but can be painful or uncomfortable. There are different treatment options to remove warts such as cryotherapy (freezing) and laser treatment. Warts are contagious and can be transmitted by direct contact, so it is important to avoid touching them and wash your hands regularly. If warts are troublesome or do not go away on their own, you should consult a doctor for advice and treatment.

Dr. Yglo offers a quick and easy method of treating warts without the need for any complicated assembly. You can use Dr. Yglo directly out of the package and freeze the wart in just a few seconds.

Dr. Yglo is designed with a unique applicator that has a precision tip that only targets the wart on the hand or foot, meaning the container does not come into contact with the wart. Its professional freezing function makes it more effective than leading wart freezing brands, and you can freeze the wart with just one use.

Dr. Yglo wart treatment freezes the wart directly where it is on the finger, hand or foot. The freezing destroys the affected tissue. When the applicator is first cooled and then pressed against (used on) the wart, freezing begins within seconds and the skin turns white. A slight aching, itching and/or tingling sensation occurs as a result of the freezing.

After the applicator is removed, the color will return and the soreness, itching and/or burning should quickly decrease and disappear within a few hours.

As body temperature and color return to the area, redness as large as the frozen area may occur. As a result of the freezing, a blister may form (sometimes filled with blood) under the wart within a few days. It can be difficult to detect. The frozen skin (ie the treated wart) will fall off after about 10-14 days. Meanwhile, new skin will have formed under the blister.

Attach the applicator to the aerosol container with the metal tip facing up. Do not press down on the applicator until it has cooled down.

Place the aerosol container on a flat, hard surface and press down on the white applicator for 3 seconds. Then let the container stand for 5 seconds.

Remove the applicator from the aerosol container with the metal tip facing up.

Apply the metal tip to the hand wart for 20 seconds or the foot wart for 40 seconds. Make sure the metal tip covers as much of the wart as possible.

It is important that the instructions in the package insert are followed exactly. Careless use can cause too deep a freeze, causing permanent damage to the top layer of skin on the fingers and toes. It can result in permanent scarring or nerve damage.
