Vaginal pH is a measure of the acidity in the woman's vagina, normally between 3.8 and 4.5. It helps protect against infections by creating an unfavorable environment for harmful microorganisms. Maintaining a balanced vaginal pH is essential for vaginal health and infection prevention.

Screenit Vaginal pH control is a simple self-test for measuring the vaginal pH value, to detect imbalance in the vagina quickly and safely. Vaginal lactobacilli contribute to establishing and maintaining a pH value that in most cases lies between 3.8 - 4.0.

Screenits Vaginal pH control is done quickly and easily at home. The result is read in just a few seconds. The test can be used after, for example, an antibiotic treatment, treatment of the abdomen, if you suspect bacterial vaginosis, during pregnancy, in the case of a smelly abdomen or when you experience general irritation, itching and imbalance in the abdomen.

An acidic environment in the vagina is a prerequisite for good intimate health. With the Screenit Vaginal pH control, you can detect any imbalance in the vaginal pH value early.

The package contains 3 tests.

1. Wash your hands

2. Open the package, take the sampling stick out of the bag without touching the top of the stick with your fingers.

3. Separate the labia to prepare for insertion of the sampling stick into the vagina.

4. Carefully insert the tip of the swab about 5 cm into the vagina and wait about 10 seconds for enough vaginal secretions to cover the tip of the swab.

5. Remove the stick from the vagina and perform the test.

6. Remove the test strip from the sealed bag. Must be used within one hour of opening and preferably immediately after removing the strip from the bag.

7. Place the test strip on a clean and level surface or hold it in your hand.

8. Apply the tip of the sampling stick to the pH range of the test strip at least 5 times and ensure that sufficient secretion is present.

9. Read the result immediately while the measuring area is still wet. Compare the color in the pH measuring area with the color scale on the foil bag and record the value on the color scale that is closest to the color on the strip.

Discard the used strip and sampling stick after test results.
